Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content produced by Pinwheel for a client (campaigns, creative, copy) transfers to the client upon full payment; Pinwheel retains the right to reference completed work in its own portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Pinwheel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketing activity, including third-party platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or market conditions outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where Pinwheel is registered.
